"My wife and I love living here. We love your maintenance man Rudy too! He is always friendly and is always working his tail off whenever I see him. Wife says she sees him picking up garbage and has a stick to pick up garbage lids as soon as the garbage man leaves. Now that's prompt service! Personally, I see the younger guys hanging out in their carts chatting, but your Rudy is the hardest worker I have seen in here yet. Kudos to your best man!"
